  • Discuss staging if needed in order to improve appearance.

  • Fill out paperwork for listing.

  • Discuss Listing Concierge. It is amazing! It includes professional photos, brochures, postcards, TV spot, magazine ad, social media influence and more.

 

Listing


  • Appraisal House completes your FREE appraisal, measurement and floorplan.

  • Schedule staging, if needed.

  • Professional photographers will take pictures of your home and discuss how to prepare for picture day. I will be there to personally make sure pictures are amazing!

  • Schedule Videographer/ Drone professional, if needed.

  • After we make your home active, we will hold a realtor tour and open house.

  • Hold as many open houses as needed.

  • Advertise on social media. (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • Market your home on third party websites. Coldwell Banker's strength is online exposure.

  • We will be communicating to discuss feedback and planning through the entire process.

  • We will continually evaluate market data to keep you fully informed about market changes, while your home is for sale.

  • We will have a concise, focused, and smart marketing plan with the goal of getting maximum value for your home.

 

Offers/Contracts


  • Present all offers received.

  • Provide professional guidance in order for you to make informed decisions during the negotiation process.

  • Work with title company to make sure earnest money is submitted and paperwork is ready by closing day.

  • Go over inspection results and figure out game plan to negotiate items to be fixed.

  • Make sure financing on the buying side is approved and moving smoothly.

  • Meet you at the finish line, title company, when you can sign away and start your new chapter.
