  • Schedule time to meet to tour homes

 

Touring Homes


  • We email homes that are on market with clients specifications.

  • Research upcoming soon properties.

  • We preview each home before showings.

  • Send agenda to client before meeting.

  • Keep detailed notes on all homes viewed.

 

Make/Execute An Offer


  • Contract sent to listing agent.

  • Provide professional guidance for you to make informed decisions during negotiations.

  • Work with title company, submit escrow money and get paperwork ready by closing day.

  • Give option money to seller.

  • Order Inspection during option period and meet inspector at the property to discuss results.

  • Plan to negotiate issues from the inspection report.

  • Recommend companies that can complete painting, moving, renovations, etc.

  • Make sure financing is approved and moving smoothly.

  • Make sure appraisal is ordered.

  • Walk through the property day before or day of closing.

  • Meet you at the finish line, title company, when you can sign away and start your new chapter.
